🧩 Who We Hire

We accept applications for the following areas:

• Administrative Staff
  Office assistants, student advisors, and operations support roles at our Irvine and Los Angeles centers.
• Marketing & Enrollment
  Team members who assist with student outreach, admissions advising, and communication.
• Academic Support Staff
  Faculty Support Team (FST) and other roles that assist teachers and uphold academic standards.
• Teaching Faculty
  ESL instructors for in-person and remote programs. See Teach English for full details and requirements.
• Remote Contractors
  Certain administrative and support roles may be open to remote service contracts, especially for applicants outside of California.

📋 How to Apply

We welcome applications year-round, whether or not a position is currently open. All applicants use the same Employment Application, which includes conditional sections based on your selected role.

Please have your resume ready. If applying for a remote position, you’ll be prompted to upload a short Zoom video introduction as well.
