Minimum Qualifications by Position

Teaching Positions
Must speak English at the level of a native American English speaker. Additionally, meet one of the following:

• Hold a degree in TESOL or a related field.
• If your degree is not in TESOL, hold a TESOL/TESL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA certificate.
• Have at least 2 years of ESL teaching experience and agree to enroll in a certificate program.

Administrative Positions

• Must speak English at a near-native level.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration or a related role.

Other Positions

• Minimum qualifications will be listed in the individual job postings.
