Homestay Arrangement Service

At POLY Languages Institute, we offer a comprehensive homestay arrangement service to ensure our international students have a comfortable and enriching stay during their studies. Our homestay program connects students with welcoming local families, providing a unique opportunity for cultural exchange and language practice.

Key Details:

• Request Timing: Request the service at least 20 days before your desired move-in date.
• Duration: Housing is available for the length of your studies, with a move-out requirement within 30 days of your last day of attendance.
• Service Fee: A non-refundable fee of $200 for the arrangement service, payable upon request along with the security deposit and initial rent.
• Security Deposit: A $200 deposit, refundable as per the lease agreement terms.
• Homestay Features: Includes two meals per day, a private room with essential furniture, and more, depending on the host family.
• Location: Homestays are located within 40 minutes of the school by public transportation.
• Host Family Interaction: We encourage visits or video conferencing with host families before moving in.
• Rental Rates:
  • With meals (Breakfast & Dinner): $1,500/month.
  • Without meals: $1,200/month.
• Payment Policy: Monthly rental rates and policies may vary slightly between host families. Prepaid rent is non-refundable.
