At POLY Languages Institute, we are committed to supporting our international students both inside and outside the classroom. For those in need of housing during their studies, we offer guidance and support through our Homestay Arrangement Service and general assistance with off-campus housing.
π‘ Homestay Arrangement Service
Our homestay program connects students with carefully selected local host families. This option offers a unique opportunity to live in a supportive, English-speaking home while experiencing American culture firsthand.
π Key Details
- Request Deadline: At least 30 days before your desired move-in date.
- Duration: Housing available for the length of your studies. Move-out is required within 30 days of your final class date.
- Service Fee: $200 (non-refundable), payable with the security deposit and first monthβs rent.
- Security Deposit: $400, refundable per the lease agreement.
- Location: Homestays are within 40 minutes of campus via public transportation.

- Private furnished bedroom
- Two meals per day (optional)
- Access to shared spaces (bathroom, kitchen, laundry)
- Option to meet or video call the host before moving in
