Certificate of Program Completion

Certificate of Program Completion is awarded to students who successfully complete all four advanced-level courses—RW 601, RW 602, LS 601, and LS 602—with a grade of C or better in each course.

Course Completion Certificate

A Course Completion Certificate is awarded to students who successfully complete a course with a grade of C or better. The certificate lists the highest-level course successfully completed by the student in each course series.

Enrollment Verification

Certifies the period during which a student has been enrolled at POLY Languages Institute. For continuing students, the verification may also indicate the projected period of enrollment. If the student’s records are no longer available due to the record retention period, the school will issue a letter stating that the records are unavailable and that the absence of records is not the fault of the student.

An official transcript is a complete record of a student’s enrollment and academic history at POLY Languages Institute. It includes all courses attempted, including courses withdrawn from and courses repeated.

• A recent color photo taken against a plain, light-colored background (white or off-white preferred)
• Full-face view, directly facing the camera
• No filters or heavy editing
• No hats, sunglasses, or accessories that obscure the face, except for religious or medical reasons
• Good lighting with no shadows on the face or background

Photos that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Standard Processing – Documents are processed within 10 business days. Student ID requests require an additional 10 business days for delivery to your selected center. – $0.00
Rush Service – Documents (except Student IDs) are processed within 2 business days. Student ID requests still require an additional 10 business days for delivery to your selected center. – $55.00

Mailing fees are non-refundable. Domestic delivery is $65, and international delivery is $120. Additional shipping charges may apply if actual courier costs exceed these amounts. All mailed documents are shipped with tracking. Pickup at your affiliated center is available at no additional charge.
