Minimum Qualifications by Position

For the teaching position, you must be able to speak like a native American English speaker. Additionally, you must meet one of the following criteria:
(1) Hold a degree in TESOL or related.
(2) If the degree is not in TESOL, hold a certificate in TESOL, TESL, TEFL, CELTA, or DELTA.
(3) Have at least 2 years of experience in teaching ESL and agree to enroll for one of the certificate programs.

For the administrative position, you must be able to speak nearly like a native American English speaker. Additionally, you must have at least 2 years of work experience as an administrator or similar.

For all other positions, the minimum qualifications will be stated on the job postings on an ad hoc basis.

Uploading a Zoom Video

Our company primarily utilizes Zoom for all our communication needs. Therefore, for the purpose of a job interview, it is essential that you have the Zoom desktop client installed on your computer. If you do not already have the application installed on your computer, please visit here for a free download.

We kindly request that you upload a short Zoom video introducing yourself. The video should be approximately 1 to 3 minutes in duration. You are welcome to include information about your education, work experiences, core values, and the reasons why you believe you are the best candidate for the position.

Recording your video is a simple process if you have the Zoom Desktop Client application installed. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to record your video:

(1) Select Home and select New Meeting to start a session.
(2) Select Record and select Stop Recording to start and stop a recording.
(3) Select End. A folder should pop up that has your Zoom recordings.
